AJ Motors Black Friday MBI Promotion – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by AJ Motors Limited, New Zealand (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• The promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older who purchase a vehicle from AJ Motors during the promotional period.
• Employees, contractors, or agents of AJ Motors and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who provides false or misleading information or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from Monday, 24 November 2025, to Monday, 1 December 2025 (inclusive).
To qualify, the vehicle purchase must be completed, paid, and delivered within this period.

4. How to Qualify

To receive the promotional offer:

• Purchase any vehicle from AJ Motors at the listed price during the promotional period (24/11/2025 – 01/12/2025).
• Complete the purchase either by approved finance application or full payment.
• All finance applications are subject to lender approval and must meet responsible lending criteria.
  AJ Motors does not guarantee finance approval.
• The promotion is not available on negotiated vehicle prices.

5. Promotional Offer

• Each eligible vehicle purchase during the promotion will include a 1-Year Autosure Smart Cover Mechanical Breakdown Insurance (MBI) policy, normally valued at hundreds of dollars, provided free of charge.
• The policy includes an excess, which the customer must pay directly to Autosure or its authorised repairer when making a claim.
• The MBI is underwritten and administered by Autosure New Zealand, a trusted third-party provider of mechanical and electrical breakdown insurance. It provides cover for certain mechanical or electrical faults in used vehicles after purchase.
• The policy is subject to Autosure’s standard terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions, which vary by vehicle type, age, and mileage.
• If the purchased vehicle only qualifies for an MBI product with a higher excess (as determined by Autosure’s eligibility criteria), AJ Motors will apply the appropriate cover in line with Autosure’s requirements.
• The MBI cover must be activated at the time of vehicle delivery.
• The offer is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or negotiation.
• If the specified MBI product is unavailable, AJ Motors reserves the right to substitute it with an equivalent cover of equal or greater value.

6. Finance Terms

• AJ Motors provides access to in-house finance assistance through a qualified Finance Manager who can help customers prepare and submit finance applications.
• Finance is available through AJ Motors’ approved lending partners only.
• All finance applications are subject to the lender’s approval and responsible lending criteria.
• Normal lending fees, charges, and credit checks apply.
• If the vehicle purchase is financed, the cost of the MBI will be included within the finance agreement. This means the MBI cost will be added to the total loan amount and will accrue interest over the full loan term.

7. Liability

• AJ Motors accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or costs incurred as a result of participating in this promotion, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
• The Promoter makes no guarantees regarding the ongoing availability of the offer or MBI product.

8. Privacy

By participating in this promotion, entrants agree that AJ Motors may:

• Collect and use personal information to administer the promotion and deliver the MBI product; and
• Share relevant details with Autosure and approved finance partners for policy activation or finance processing.

9. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
• The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law

This promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
