Subaru X-Mode (single-mode)
X-Mode coordinates throttle, CVT ratio, AWD clutch, stability control and hill-descent control at the press of a button to keep wheels from spinning on slippery surfaces. On this lower-spec single-mode version, the calibration is general-purpose (no separate Snow/Dirt or Deep Snow/Mud profiles) for clean pull-aways on gravel, wet grass, or ruts.

Forward Collision Mitigation (EyeSight Pre-Collision Braking)
Twin stereo cameras estimate distance and closing speed to vehicles or pedestrians ahead and warn the driver of a potential impact. If you dont react, the system can apply braking to avoid or reduce a collision, especially effective at urban and moderate speeds.
